Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Fehistro Studio handles information when you use ChirpFlow: Alarm Missions (the “App”).

Information stored on your device

ChirpFlow stores core app information locally on your device. This may include alarm configuration, Wake Flow configuration, mission information, preferences, and wake history where applicable. This information remains on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

Permissions and device features

The App may request permissions or system access needed for its alarm and mission features, including:

• Notifications, exact alarms, and full-screen alarm access to alert you at the selected time.
• Camera access for barcode and QR missions.
• Activity or device sensor access for step missions, where supported.
• Vibration and wake locks to make alarms noticeable and keep essential alarm activity running.

You can manage available permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work when their required permission is disabled.

Camera processing

Camera input used for QR or barcode missions is processed on your device. ChirpFlow does not intentionally upload camera images to Fehistro Studio servers.

Advertising and consent

ChirpFlow uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location inferred from an IP address or network where applicable, ad interactions, diagnostics, and your consent or privacy choices. Google’s User Messaging Platform may be used to manage consent choices where required.

ChirpFlow does not intentionally show ads during active alarm ringing, Wake Missions, barcode scanning, emergency dismissal, or Stay Awake Checks.

Accounts and cloud services

No account is required to use ChirpFlow. The App does not currently claim cloud synchronization; core app data remains local unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

Children’s privacy

ChirpFlow is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a service connected to the App, please contact us.

Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the App to protect information. However, no device, storage method, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data retention

Locally stored app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App. Advertising-related data is handled and retained according to Google’s and its partners’ policies.

Your choices

You may control device permissions in system settings, manage consent choices when offered, delete local app data, or uninstall ChirpFlow.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as ChirpFlow changes. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
